Hello, I'm Mary Davis, and I want to welcome you to my Web Homestead. While you're here, I ask you to please take a moment of your time to sign the guestbook. Let me know what you think of the site, how our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has touched your life - Or just say Hi!

May I introduce you to my most wonderful Friend? I had never before known such a One as He! The fitness of His character begs description; the wonder of His personality can scarcely be expressed in human language. He is greater than the greatest of men, higher than the highest monarch on earth. His wisom exceeds the brilliance of the finest minds; His lips overflow with unparalleled graciousness; and His life exudes the sweetest humility.

In one most wonderful step He entered the stream of humanity and clothed Himself with the nature of men. In one unparalleled act on Cavalry’s brow, He cancelled in His own broken body the sins of a whole fallen world. And in one great sweep of triumph, He shattered forever the bonds of death and hell. Leaving behind Him a gaping grave, and rising to an endless life, He fills the whole universe everywhere with himself!

He has become more to me than words can express. He loved me and sought me and found me when I cared little or nothing for Him. He brought me out of the shades of guilt and despair – out of the steeps of sin and condemnation – into a most wonderful and living relationship with himself. And He now lives within my very being to become my joy, my very life, my all! May I introduce you to Him, my most wonderful Friend? I call Him "Christ Jesus, My Lord."

And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

St. Mark 8:34
